The Progressive Design-Build delivery method is paying off for Tacoma Public Schools. With material escalation and labor cost increases pushing existing projects into the red, the Boze Elementary School project's six year old budget couldn't support current market conditions. TPS needed a better way to deliver capital projects and selected PDB. Learn how they succeeded on their first Progressive Design-Build project and how they will do it again in the future.
