Kevin Schoch currently serves as the East Campus Program Manager for the US Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District. He has worked for the Baltimore District for over 13 years with a range of experience in the Military Construction, Design and Project Management disciplines. Kevin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware and a Master’s Degree in Project Management from the University of Maryland. Kevin is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Maryland and also holds his PMP certification. Kevin lives with his wife, Laura, and his two daughters, Ava (5) and Mia (2) in Ellicott City, MD.

Nicole Coates is a senior project manager at Clark Construction Group where she has led the design and construction of East Campus Building 2 (ECB2) at Fort Meade, a project that consists of an 843,000-square-foot operations facility, an expanded parking garage, and an associated generator yard.
Nicole joined Clark in 2015 as a project manager on the Fort Belvoir Training Build 3250 project, a multi-story integrated training facility. Before Clark, Nicole helped oversee the delivery of capital projects for the State of Rhode Island. Nicole started her career providing owner representative services for projects throughout Rhode Island.
Nicole earned her master's degree in architecture from Roger Williams University.
Nicole is also a leader of Clark’s Women’s Interest Network (WIN), an employee resource group that aims to foster connections across the company, empower female employees, and enhance the visibility of women in leadership roles. Additionally, she is the current Chapter President of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) DC Chapter, an organization whose core purpose is to Strengthen and amplify the success of women in the construction industry.
Nicole resides in Maryland with her husband and two young boys. In her spare time, she likes to spend time gardening and being outdoors.
