Design Integration Management (8 CEHs) This course provides a comprehensive overview of the design integration management process within design-build projects, emphasizing the critical role of the Design Integration Manager. Participants will explore how design integration truly works—not as a single task, but as a continuous, collaborative process that begins before award and carries through to construction and close-out. Led by experienced instructors, attendees will gain insight into how effective design integration “sets the table” for project success by reducing risk, improving coordination, and keeping teams aligned with the owner’s goals. Throughout the day, participants dive deep into what the Design Integration Manager does, why it matters, and how each decision impacts project outcomes. This course is intentionally interactive.
