The 294,000 sf. building included over 200,000 sf. of sophisticated lab spaces for 6 separate users, pilot plant and a cell bank supported by 65,000 sf. of office space, which are linked by collaborative innovation spaces. The building was also important to unify the company's population, both physically and culturally, moving them from four different buildings into the new Bioplace HQ.
