o In this session we will link leadership development with changing culture and discuss the challenges and opportunities to do that.
o We will address how to develop a roadmap that leads to changing culture and the steps necessary for success.

Barbara Jackson is a leading expert in design-build and integrated project leadership. Jackson spent 20 years in the design and construction industry and served as President of Design/Build Services Inc. before becoming a leading educator of Design-Build at Cal Poly (1998-2013) and the University of Denver (2013-2022). Jackson was honored with DBIA’s prestigious Brunelleschi Lifetime Achievement Award and recognized as a DBIA Fellow by the Institute 2018. She’s also the author of Design-Build Essentials.
