Design integration management is the “secret sauce” for success on design-build projects. As a result, many design-build teams are now assigning a dedicated Design Integration Manager, tasked with aligning the work of design and construction teams into a cohesive and coordinated effort. This webinar provides a brief overview of the history of design integration management — what it means, why it’s important and who can benefit — and shares the real perspectives of an Owner, design-builder and designer on their experiences working as or alongside Design Integration Managers, as well as the value they see in the design integration management process.
