Mount Sinai Health System

Thomas Foley is a Senior Vice President at Mount Sinai Health System and is responsible for planning, design, and construction of facilities across the Health System. He leads the development of major land assets and the redesign of existing campuses in alignment with system priorities, as well as space management across the system.  

Tom is a licensed Professional Engineer, a certified Construction Manager, a National Board member at the Design Build Institute of America and was recently inducted into the National Academy of Construction. He was previously Commissioner of NYC’s Department of Design and Construction.
