Dr. Craig Dubler is the Director of Facilities and affiliate Assistant Professor within the College of Engineering at Penn State University. While earning his doctorate, he managed the development of the internationally acclaimed BIM Project Execution Planning Guide. He now utilizes facilities technology to advance the success of research, teaching and service at Penn State. His teaching and research interests include Building Information Modeling; Applied Facilities Technology; Facilities Information Management; and Engineering Lifecycle Economic Analysis for Buildings.

Brian Skripac is responsible for shaping how VDC brings optimal benefits to design-build’s “whole team” approach to project delivery. In addition, he leads the creation and advancement of best practices related to the integration of BIM-enabled technologies and other innovative digital tools to enhance design-build team performance and while generating significant benefits for projects across the built environment.

Marcela Guevara is a seasoned VDC Manager with 12 years of experience in the construction industry. She currently works on the Barbara and Gerson Bakar Research and Academic Building project in Hensel Phelps’ Northern California Region. She is responsible for the engagement of the project team from trade partners, designers and end users in the virtual environment for interactive collaboration and performing collision checks prior to field execution. She also works closely with the project’s engineering staff to adopt various technology tools to ensure the team is set up for efficient workflows through every phase of the construction project.
