Design-Build is a delivery model that sparks innovation and added value to client, but what are the benefits to the public at large when leveraged toward community-focused projects? This session will examine some unique benefits that Design-Build delivery can bring to non-profit organizations seeking to find the best value for their community clients. We will examine two project case studies: The Austin Street Homeless Shelter building and the Genesis Women's Shelter building both delivered under an integrated project delivery model.
