Members from Sound Transit and the Hensel Phelps Design-Build team will share lessons learned throughout the life of a design build Operations and Maintenance Facility and Parking Garage. The team will share their utilization of lessons learned during the procurement process and throughout construction, as well as how they came together at the end of the project to consolidate what they learned during the execution of OMFE and PSAI Projects to be used on future projects within Sound Transit and on similar design build projects.
