This engaging panel will provide first-hand perspectives from Design-Build team members including Owners and Minority-owned, Woman-owned, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (MWDBE).  Panelists will discuss strategies for successful and meaningful engagement of MWDBE firms in projects. Success stories and lessons learned will provide a framework for a frank discussion and a roadmap for following up on diversity, equity, and inclusion commitments with "less talk and more action". Audience members will be able to clear up common misconceptions from the entire project team and engage and ask questions from our panelists from MWDBE firms.
