Dave is a national executive leader in the water and wastewater, transportation and heavy civil infrastructure construction industry. He is a recognized advocate of design-build delivery methods for both public and private entities and has more than 28 years of combined experience in construction and design, manufacturing, operations, design-build delivery and client services. Dave is Senior Director of Business Development for Ferguson Waterworks Strategic Businesses. He currently serves as a DBIA National Board Member, DBIA certified instructor and is Chair of the Water/Wastewater Markets Subcommittee on Best Practices.
Bruce Husselbee, Ph.d., PE, DBIA
Director of Engineering
Hampton Roads Sanitation District
Bruce is the Director of Engineering for the Hampton Roads Sanitation District (HRSD) and has worked for HRSD for 28 years. Prior to HRSD, he worked in the consulting engineering field for 12 years. His responsibilities include the management of the Asset Management, Design & Construction and Planning & Analysis Divisions. A major role for his department includes implementing HRSD’s $3.5B, 10-Year Capital Improvement Program. He is very active in numerous professional organizations, including DBIA, WEF and the Old Dominion University Engineering Department Visiting Council.
