Project Manager
Over his career, John Bale has been involved with more than 50 design-build projects, served on DBIA’s Transportation Markets Committee and the National Board of Directors and has been a certified instructor for DBIA for many years. While working with the American Council of Engineering Companies, John helps improve the design-build program in Utah and has led two industry outreach programs in Minnesota and Michigan to improve their Department of Transportation’s design-build process.
