Today's design build teams require intense concurrent collaboration across the full team and spectrum of work. Information (about issues, decisions, schedule, and cost) needs to flow fluidly across the entire team in real time, structured to facilitate access and avoid information overload. How can our tools adapt to meet this collaborative requirement for continuous, synchronous transparency? Examples include tools for complex decision-making, digital pull planning, continuous cost-estimating, team-wide meeting documentation, and even staffing.
